Zimkitha Bavuma
Marketing & Branding Facilitator
Zimkitha Bavuma is an experienced Event Management Lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in Higher Education (with a specific focus on Information Technology, Business Management and Marketing) as well as the Events and Conferencing industry.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and is an emerging researcher in the field of tourism and events.
Prenola Naidoo
Commercial Law Facilitator
Prenola Naidoo holds an LLB from the University of Stellenbosch, which she obtained in 2018. She completed her articles of clerkship at Herold Gie Attorneys whereafter she was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2021.
Prenola is presently an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Law Department at Herold Gie Attorneys, where she specializes in corporate and commercial transactions. Her experience includes advising entities on pertinent corporate governance issues, general commercial advices, as well as advices in respect of the formation, structuring and restructuring of various juristic entities.
She is currently studying towards her LLM (Corporate and Commercial Law) at the University of South Africa, which will be completed in 2023

Cheron Roggen
Accounting Facilitator
Cheron holds a Bachelors of Commerce Degree from UWC, and has 15 years of experience in within the corporate sector. Her passion is Accounting and believes that if you do the work that you love then it creates more opportunity in life.
Her clients include small to medium size businesses who have been in existence for many years and are profitable within their industries. Using her Accounting and Tax knowledge, Cheron is committed to assisting women on their journey to compliance within their business endeavours. Her accomplishments include starting up and running her own successful business. This speaks of her commitment, business savvy and first had experience in running a profitable and sustainable business.
Rushda Behardien
Business Strategy Facilitator
Rushda is a business strategist and consultant through business, organisedbusiness.com. Her skill and experience is derived from 18 years in the financial industry, where she spent time assisting businesses, from SMME’s to large corporates, with raising funding for working capital purposes and business expansion. This entailed a detailed analysis of their financial standing and discussions on their short, medium and long term strategies.
She currently offers services to coach and mentor businesses and entrepreneurs. She is passionate about empowering individuals and seeing people realise their best selves. By engaging with business owners, cognisant of the human element, she is able to identify and utilise the individual’s strengths to channel it into their business, thereby ensuring success and growth. She is mindful that individuals are unique and therefore navigate the business arena from their own perpectives.
Josh Peterse
Presentation specialist and Trainer
Josh, It’s been almost 2 years since the day he walked through the doors of MSNGLNK ready to slay boredom. He joined the team as a Presentation Design Ninja, then worked my way up the ranks to the rank of Presentation Specialist.
He then trained intensively under the experienced guidance of the head of training, and He now operate as both, Presentation Specialist AND Trainer. He has had the privilege of running training sessions with companies like Adcock Ingram and Jaguar, and now over to US!
Siphokazi Jonas
Public Speaking Facilitator
Siphokazi Jonas holds a Masters degree in English Literature as well as an undergraduate degree in Drama and English from UCT. Siphokazi is a storyteller and ordinary lives fuel her work in poetry and in the theatre.
Her work engages questions of faith, identity, gender-based violence, cultural and linguistic alienation, black women in rural spaces, and the politics of the everyday. She was recently nominated for the 2016 Broadwayworld.com South African Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for the theatre production, Around the Fire. She has ten years of experience in tutoring and facilitating in schools, universities, and adults.
She has been a Drama and English tutor at UCT and UWC, and facilitator in a ‘Becoming a Professional’ course at UCT Medical School. She currently runs poetry workshops and is a guest teacher at an elementary school in Gainesville, Florida, where she teaches spoken word and performance.

Kaamilah Paulse
Legal Talk Facilitator
Kaamilah was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2002. For the last 20 years, she has practiced exclusively in the field of family and matrimonial law and related client matters, with a special interest in Muslim family law.
Her expertise includes divorce law, financial dissolution disputes, universal partnerships, parenting disputes, maintenance disputes, antenuptial contracts, postnuptial contract, cohabitation agreements, Muslim marriage contracts, relocation applications and claims in respect of children and Hague applications.
